All screen prompts are managed through the Screen Prompts screen. The prompts used will depend on the screen styles and the activities in which they are used. Prompts may be added, edited or deleted. The revision of a prompt will update all screens where the prompt is used.

Note: If Multilingual Support is enabled an additional column for the alternate language appears beside the prompt list. When adding or editing a prompt, an input field for the alternate language displays.
