1. | On the Preferences tab, click Editor from the Components menu. |
2. | Click the grey area beside the dialog box to open the color palette, or enter the color by name (white, black) or hex color value (bbbbbb, ff0200, 002200). Note: Up to ten custom colors can be defined in the CK editor. The defined colors will be the default colors for the font color and highlight color () drop-down menus. Clicking the Clear Color Entries button will delete all of the color entries. |
3. | Select the checkbox beside the Disable more color options to restrict the user from choosing additional colors. Note: Users may only select from the defined default colors. |
4. | Click the Submit button to save the changes. |
