The Reviews option is used to enable or disable the ability to delete review comments from the finalized reviews. By default this feature is enabled and Administrators, Managers and Senior Developers are able to delete the comments from the finalized review. Note: When this option is disabled, review comments cannot be deleted from the finalized reviews.
To disable a specific role's ability to delete review comments from the finalized reviews:
| 1. | On the Preferences tab, click the Reviews tab from the Components menu. |
| 2. | On the Reviews pane, leave the Enable deletion of Review Comments on Finalized Reviews checkbox selected. |
| 3. | Deselect the desired role by clicking the corresponding checkbox. Note: Disabling a role prevents that role from deleting comments on the finalized review. |
| 4. | Click the Submit button to save your changes or return to the previous screen without saving. |
To disable the ability to delete review comments from the finalized reviews:
